This 2 layer corrosion protection system combines the proven protective qualities of a polyethylene (PE) outer coating with a special polymeric adhesive.
2 layer PE coating is designed to protect buried underground oil, gas and water pipelines in environments where superior mechanical protection and high operating performance characteristics are required.
Properties and Benefits:
1. High resistance to mechanical damage.
2. Operating temperature range from - 40°C to + 60°C.
3. Long term corrosion protection on pipelines from 57 mm to 1020 mm in diameter.
4. It can be applied in a wide range of thicknesses (up to 10 mm and more) to meet unique project specifications and performance requirements.
